Our client is on the look out for a Team Manager. Providing their customers with the highest level of service is extremely important to our client and their Existing Business teams do just that. As their Existing Business Team Manager you’ll support, develop and grow your team to ensure they are able to consistently offer this level of support by having great conversations with their customers.
You’ll report into the Sales Manager and on a day to day basis you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating the existing business account managers in your team in order to achieve business targets, quality objectives and service standards.
You’ll analyse, evaluate and report on invidivual and team performances against targets and allocate commission payments where necessary, but your role is so much more.
You’re a coach, a mentor, and an inspirational leader for your team and you’ll live and breathe our customer strategy to ensure we continue to achieve incredible results.
To be ultimately successful in this role you’ll have a minimum of 12 months experience leading a telesales/sales team to success and you’ll be able to demonstrate just how good you are at training and development.
Your track record of successful staff management will be evident through your CV and you’ll be able to give us insights into your experiences too.
You’ll have a good standard of education and the ability to communicate both professionally and with confidence either by email, face to face or over the telephone.
